Delinking of crosslink EVA/LDPE FOAM

We have crosslinked Foam scrap of EVA / LDPE. We want to delink the above pl advice.The above mentioned is peroxide cure.

I don't believe this can be done- once you uas a peroxide you are crosslinking the material.

Once the bond has been made the only way is to skive it ( cutting it with a horizontal band saw) to try to get as close to the seams as possible. If you want to grind it up, we have used large grinding wheels to make into smaller pieces. What do you want to do with it? Hope this helps.

Cross-linking is done on the molecular level, Don't see how cutting will change anything. Once crosslinked, there's no (easy) way back. And if our poster wants to recycle, X-linked polymers will not melt.

Do you mean cross linked or laminated foam, eg. EVA/LDPE/EVA layers composition ?
