Senior Electrical Engineer wanted in Boston, MA

I'm are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to work on projects in Boston.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake electrical systems design, predominantly for building projects, including power systems, lighting, fire alarm and other signal systems

• Design and perform calculations for lighting systems and associated controls

• Prepare and review drawings detailing the design

• Report writing

• Coordinate work with architects and engineers of other disciplines

• Attend meetings and communicate with clients to establish their needs and discuss design issues with them

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or Electrical Engineering

• A sound knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals as they relate to building systems and site servicing

• LEED AP

• Electrical knowledge of sustainable design

• Experience with 3D BIM / CAD software such AutoCAD MEP or Revit MEP

• 6-10 years related experience

• PE license or ability to obtain license within six months
