sir i have one induction motor it running using vacon vfd controller.now i have to change that controller to another induction motor.so what setting are need to change to in controller to connect new motor.
The procedure is in the manual that came with the equipment. If the manual is not to hand, a simple telephone call to the equipment manufacturer will precipitate the arrival of a replacement manual.
The motor information that is needed during the procedure will be found on a plate attached to the motor.
One must also check that the cabling and fuses for the circuit powering it are suitably sized for the new motor, otherwise one might expect a measure of unpopularity with the facility's fire insurance cover provider. Under British Standard 7671 the circuit installer creates a record that certifies that all is in order, a copy of such document being kept by both parties so that in the unlikely event of a mishap a record of what was installed might survive it.

In general though, the VFD can be used on a motor that has the SAME or slightly lower Full Load Amps than what it is designed for. If the new motor is less than 2/3 of the rating of the existing motor, you must ask Vacon if that is acceptable. Usually the current measuring components inside of the drive have a narrow range of accurate measurement, so if the motor is too small, the VFD may not be able to keep track of it correctly.
