Look into refinery processes... By researching them yourself, then you'll be more informed. Otherwise hire a consultant.

Are you looking to have someone write this article? If so, Upwork is a good source of freelancers. You can post a description of your project, budget, and timeline. People will apply and you can screen them and choose someone to do the job.

If you are looking for an already written article, I suggest searching through journals. A library might allow you to do research in the online databases they are subscribed to. Or you can try Google Scholar. But unless you are accessing through a library or job that has a subscription, you will likely need to pay for the full article.

Here's an example of an article I found and here is a link to other search results on Google Scholar.

Depends on what your intended use is for the article...

Why not just Google "Diesel from recycled oil?

Diesels run fine on clean oil, no 'conversion' necessary, centrifuge it to remove particulates...vegetable oil on the other hand, 'converts' using alcohol and lye (potassium or sodium hydroxide) to replace the waxy glycerine molecule with an alcohol chain, although sometimes my truck exhaust smells like 'french fries'.
