ZEN Building at SUNY Polytechnic Campus

Here's an excellent article about the ZEN (Zero Energy Nanotechnology) Building on the SUNY Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, written by blogger Abe. As the building's name indicates, this building produces all of the energy it consumes. Check it out. How cool would it be to work in a building called ZEN?

It does have that shiny penny look to it!

Must be nice to be swimming in money.

I misread the title and thought I was off into reading about zero-point energy. BTW, this is not a zero-energy building. It has a positive energy. I know they meant energy demand. Why not stop being so entirely lazy with English and state what you mean?

It is sort of ZEN when you think of it.

They're only swimming in money because of the huge sucking noise from Albany that is siphoning it out of the citizens' wallets... It's not surprising since we are more highly taxed then in any other state.
