Locator CS400 Cutter Processor Error

Anyone know the Locator CS400E machines? One of my locator facing cutter processor error 4. The machine can Home. But the cutter clincher functions not happening. Machine prompt cutter processor error 4. I have tried swap the processor board. Error still occurred. It was not immediately the error occurs. After machine power up; home and then, the cutter clincher can actuate for few seconds. After that no response. When I press ESC key, cutter processor error appears. What must I check for?

The feedback for the clincher has failed. The processor tests it, gets no response, so then halts further activity. Pressure switch, force sensor of some sort, to prove the work is held down.
