what will the effect on Diesel Generator ( Say DG is Running full load but not constant load variable load) when suddenly cut off some 50% load which are operated with capacicator banks. what will be the effect on filed of the generator what will be the effect at the terminal voltage and other things

Rapid load changes result in voltage transients. The exact magnitude of the transients depends the capability of any remaining load to absorb the excess energy while the output current of the generator decays to the desired level.

Could u rephrase the question to understand it better like 50%load operated with capacitor .what is that is it 50 % of the load which is capacitaive is thrown OFF?

WE are having welding machine, EOT crane, Gantry crane, Lightning Load, Motors of various capacity, Batching Plant, Tower Crane, Capacity of the DG set 250 kva our full load is 348 Amps. If we put capacitor Banks at the load side, there is no constant load say above load some load is cut off which are operating with capacitor bank what will be the effect on the generator.

Define your problem. is it cosine φ? or is it voltage regulation? what type of load do you have etc. After doing so, you might receive good answer. without it, I doubt.
