In this day and age, I am EXTREMELY wary of just clicking on a link without some apriori knowledge of its legitimacy.

Perhaps you could provide some screenshots of your website so we might get an idea of what you are trying to do? That would help reassure the person browsing that this isn't just some spambot or malware vector delivery system.

If you've gone through all the effort to create a site, you certainly could do this to promote your efforts.

I am creating an engineering based news platform where I create posts on scientific developments and historic engineering achievements. It will ideally be a place to inspire, educate and entertains engineers and fans of all ages.
