It's a mighty strange transformer that converts 50 Hz to 60 Hz.

Is it a frequency converter?

No, they are quite different. Converters contain electronics whereas transformers are passive devices. A frequency converter typically converts the incoming AC power to DC which is then fed to an inverter that converts the DC into AC power at the desired frequency and voltage. Much more complex than a transformer which can change the voltage but not the frequency.

How about providing all of the information on the nameplate including the manufacturer.

If he had one: I don't think he'd be asking us what its dimensions are.

I concur with Mr. Ram:

The best source of technical information you need is the company who manufactured the transformer(s).. They have, can provide the most accurate technical specification sheets for all of their products.

And manufacturer's name are included, stamped in the boiler plate label found with the device!

...and the transformer manufacturer's telephone number is usually found on its website, if not on the transformer itself.

Next!
