Our kind requester is referring to - in poor yet understandable English - a photogrammetric system for stereoscopic viewing.
Photogrammetry is a fancy way of saying "aerial surveying" and is often categorized as 'remote sensing' as it applies to the world of GIS. Similar to older techniques only with the beefing up of computer and/or satellite technology as well as; lidar, sonar and laser technologies. Photos from at least 2 perspectives are taken so to be matched in 'photo pairs' as a result of computer aided triangulation.
This alignment allows the user to view the area photographed in 3D with the assistance of a special pair of glasses similar to grandmas novelty parlor amusement and entertainment device commonly known as the 'stereoscope'. A very popular device in the 1800's, where a 3D postcard was inserted into sliding holder (for focus) and viewed through magnifiers similar to opera glasses, but I digress.
Modern stereo viewing is further enhanced by the computer software commonly employed today. This type of viewing is often referred to as 'heads up' viewing or depending on the use of the viewing, say creating raster images, for overlay on a base map, it is called 3D digitizing.
The pair of 3D accurate photos can be further combined to create what is called an orthopair. An orthopair is an elevation corrected 2D image in which changes in topography that would normally create inaccurate scales are compensated for.
As stated ,this elevation corrected 2D image is made from the 2 images used to view as a 3D image, thus removing the 3D property while leaving behind the corrected 2D view.
So to answer the question where to find one. I would Google "aerial surveying" or "aerial mapping" or "photogrammetry" or.... well you get the idea.
I guess that's the quick version.
By the way, I paid about $48,500 USD for the long version so any more and I gotta get a pay pal account going.
I tried to include very useful links. So if time allows and you are interested give 'em a go.
Happy viewing
