In electrical distribution system, what is LT feeder pillar?

What is the meaning of 4/5/6 distribution pillar?

A feeder pillar is the first LV OCPD unit down stream from a utility distribution transformer. They can also be used as a LV link between local transformers.

LT feeder pillar normally installed at outdoors on a floor foundation to distribute the power to villas, or any landscape area , or for street lights etc.

I never heard about 4/5/6 distribution pillars. May be it is number of outgoing Distribution
