Sound like the normal 'tinfoil hat' conspiracy theory stuff to me.

More likely its a radar system.

There are lots of other videos on it as well. Most just odd conspiracy stuff or general speculative/observational whatevers.

It's supposed to be a radar system, but ironically it seems to have acquired a secondary function of mind control evidenced by all this speculation.

If it exists some conspiracy theorist (or many) has dreamt up a nefarious alternate function and explanations for it, guaranteed.

Heck, I've even been accused of, more than once now, "following people around online and ruining their lives" because I am some sort of government agent who trolls the internet and shuts down 'the truth' behind certain subjects being revealed by certain people.

Reality is they got an attitude while posting dumb easily disproven stuff on multiple forums and youtube using multiple user names, I frequent over a period of a week and I, along with others, called them out and roughed them up a bit for it on each one. I just happen to be a common name between every point they happen to hit at the time.

I think one was even here on CR4 once.

Are you still a member of these forums where you prove to all that you're just about the smartest guy on the planet?

Or, have you been banned from them too?

Most definitely the new sound is far more annoying! It is trying to tell me something....wait for it....it is telling me to consume mass quantities....oh no...I could be a conehead!

I wonder if that sound might not work on my LENR experiment - new one aimed at producing underwater arc, carbon arc that is.
