Ugh. Not bad, but not your best .

I wonder the same thing; didn't you sort of expect to see a news report a week later about everyone who is now partially blind from the eclipse?

Actually, I did, and actually I have to admit to sneaking a quick peek through the clouds while attempting to line up my pinhole box. That thing in its embodiment was about useless, and high cirrus did not help.

But hey, I was partially deaf before the eclipse. Especially on the side facing nearer my wife as we watch television-not lying, can't make this stuff up.

Yep. Sat on my deck with my welding helmet on and watched it with the kitties!

~80 - 90% eclipse here but good enough for me!
