AI Versus Human Engineering

I have heard robotics demonstrations, and been told about the way AI will begin to revolutionize design, and in some ways already has.

But what I want to know, could my next sweetheart (presuming I out live this one), be engineered to be whatever I want her to be?

If human engineering would take place, would I still have to win her hand, or could I merely state that I am her originator (not father), and as such she is married to me.

If she had no will, where's all the fun in that? If she had normal will, then that leaves me wantin', as an old man with adolescent dreams.

If you have ever seen her, as wild as she may seem, her teeth are white, her hair is orange, and her skin is Eire an green. Oh wait, she already exists in natural beauty, she is the ravishing and totally fantastic Ireland.

Although I prefer the green banner with Eire an's harp on it.

I don't even know how to respond to this. What you speak of has so many implications. The thought of being with somebody that you engineered to be your perfect sweet heart, bewilders my mind. You would be playing God.

You might as well clone yourself and then date yourself. Diversity and difference make the world go round along with compatibility and compassion, makes relationships.

But I want her to have orange hair, green skin, and antennae, and must have white teeth! She also needs to like cooking, cleaning, sewing, and other household duties, whilst I return to doing manly things in my yard and in my shop!

Fortunately (or not) because it is costing me a pretty penny, she is down in her get-along of late, and has made more trips to chiropractors and doctors than I count.
