Change the oil and flush the system of all old oil.

Actually we changed the oil ,cleaned the valve, filter is also cleaned,Our main observation is that the speed varies when the cylinder operates.

considering that there is a load of heat about, i would check the temperature of the oil. we all know that if it gets too hot, cavitation occurs which puts airbubbles in the oil and that makes a bad medium to push anything.

if it is the temperature you NEED to do something about that as it will damage all the insides of cylinders and pumps.

if temp. is ok than do what guest above me said and see. if it is still bad after that you need to check the yield and leakage of each component in the system as it is most likely a blown seal somewhere.

Most hydraulic power packs have relief valves. Designed for maximum pressure so that the motor is not over loaded. Should have a gauge on the unit for pressure check. The changing load on the conveyor may be the causing the valve to bleed off. With time the spring gets fatigued may even brake.

Remove it and inspect it to see if its okay. If its not broken reinstall and reset it for the proper pressure recommend by the manufacture.

If that does not solve the problem then look for drag on the conveyor that maybe causing the power pack to exceed it set pressure
