Design & fabrication of Beam fatigue testing machine & FEM analysis of composite

I am doing my M.E (Manufacturing) in MIT,Anna University , India. I am going to do my project in Fatigue analysis on Composites and Parallely need to fabricate a Beam fatigue testing machine for validation.

Try to give me the guidelines to design , fabricate and anlyse the composite material in FEM.

You should probably do your own homework. Learning how to research complex questions and apply what you've learned is the at crux of engineering.

Dear Prakash,

*) Fracture Toughness would be an interesting test which gives both fatigue and Toughness properties

*)Above can be performed at diff specimen direction which reveals the isotropy.
