Daily Digest Stopped

Since the beginning of the year I have not received your daily digest. It does not show up in the spam mail(Junk mail) and I am subscribed. It does not show up in any of the of my internet providers web mail boxes. These boxes are:Inbox,Drafts,Sent mail,Deleted items,Junk mail. How do I fix this?

You need to go into your profile and make sure you have the CR4® Daily Digest is checked to receive the daily updates.

Mine is checked, but I have not received the updates for over 12 months now. I notified the admins but got no response.

Would you both send me a private message confirming your email addresses? If they're both correct and you're still not getting the digest we'll start looking into it as a technical issue.

The digest came in today. I do not know why, but hopefully the problem is fixed. Thanks for your suggestions.

There are a lot of software updates taking place, you might need to reset some of your email options repeatedly....

An update on this -- we've found that those who stopped getting the digest were a result of our email system receiving bounced emails from those addresses. If it receives too many hard bounces it'll stop sending the digest.

For those who have contacted me, we are resetting your status as "deliverable" to see if that helps.
