The island of Jersey has two huge Maybach diesel engines and a hot-standby steam turbine installed in its only power station in St. Helier. Normally the island receives cheap nuclear-generated electricity via a high-voltage undersea cable direct from France.

2. Uniterruptible Power Supplies

Rotrary or Static Equipment is available

3 . No Break Generating Sets

It consist of a large Flywheel rotating with electric generator and a clutch isolating the engine .When the power fails the system is automaticaaly started with the engagement of the clutch.
