MIG Weld

I'm currently looking for proper rework method for MIG welding.

Any body can advice correct rework method for MIG weld and equipment.

By proper method what wire are you using and what kind of weld? Joint to joint ect.? How big is the weld 3/16", 3/8"?

Thank you sir for your concern. by the way we using ABB Robotic wire dia.0.8mm and distance travel IPM 5 to 10%. (Width Weld is 5mm) material thick 2.mm. "T" joint weld.

Need some more info if you want something beyond, "grind it out and reweld it".

A photo would help. Material ID would help. Desired weld final configuration would help. Spec on the weld joint fitup and weld geometry would help.
