Best way to design cryogen NL2 system piping?

Friction welding works well for copper and stainless. Copper to copper is fairly simple to silver solder.

Thank you, would you be able to point me in the direction of information that would be able to back this up? I ask for I need to supply my boss with data saying what is the best way to join material for thermal reasons.

for standard sized tubing I would look into face seal type fittings, VCO or VCR type for mechanical connections. Orbital welding is also available for SS-SS configurations.

Face seal mfg try Cajon or parker and perhaps Swagelok.
