Looking for LED Strip Fixture for a Warning Light

Hello,

Traditionally we have used strip fixtures (1ftx4ft) with red socks over the fluorescent lights.

We would like to upgrade to LEDs but have mostly been finding party lights.

any hints of tips. My next search is by manufacturer, Lithonia, etc.

There are plenty of red LED lights out there, what is your lumen requirement? I see the red strip lights used for tail light turn signals all the time about 18".....and you can get the strings as long as you want...

I think a red LED "party light" has got to be as good as a lamp wearing socks.

With all the choices available... How can you NOT find the red LED light you're looking for?

Remove ballast, remove wires from one end of fixture, wire one end to line and neutral, install ballast free LED tubes into existing lamp holders with red sleeves. $20.00 - JHF

Hoppy Easter and thanks for the input.

The lights are for a radiation hutch (enclosure) and we have to follow US government specs, but would like to submit something better than the classic jelly jar lights. So we can't quite make it with party lights, also it needs UL labels.
