Delta versus Wye

If you were to connect a motor in delta configuration to a 347volt-3phase system would it have the same power output if it were hooked up in wye configuration to 600volt 3 phase??

Yes, provided your motor is wound for that.

AND you find a 347V 3 phase system someplace!

Yes. Energy consumed would be same irrespective of input voltage excepet some small losses.

Yes, provided that the voltage across the windings is the same, and the frequency is the same, there will be no difference. NB the line voltage is root three higher for a star connection to keep the same winding voltage as delta connection. If the frequency changes, change the winding voltage by the same ratio as the frequency change.
