bit transceiver

Can anyone suggest a bit tranciever of >100mhz speed to a distance of 100m

its for the bit (0 or 1)transmission

ics are easy to use i think!but wont have much idea abt these wireless tec

I don`t really know whats the background of your question. Do you want to develop something or is it just to know something ? You say, you dont know much about wireless - but for understanding this technology you have to be an experienced hf-specialist. Only telling you what IC one can take will not help you, because you can`t only take it and solder together with some parts like a transistor.
