Kyle field was built in 1927 and modified in 1929.
Since then, College football in the US has gone to overtime rules. In overtime, each team has the opportunity to start at one end of the field on the 20 yard line and try to score. Once the opportunity of one team is succesful or not, the other team gets a chance to do better or the same. If niether team can out-do the other then they switch ends and try again on the other end of the field.
Texas A&M is rich in tradition, so overtime is a perfect opportunity for the student body to start a new tradition. The student body, who sit in the upper deck,

have started to congregate at either end of the stadium, (like a bunch of sardines) for the overtime periods. If the over time is not settled on one side of the field as described above, they all move down to the other end of the stadium and so on until the game is won.
My question/concern is, what are the risks involved with all the students moving to one side of the stadium at that point. (Note of interest: one of the traditions is to jump up and down repeatedly during "Yells" etc.)
