furance material loading tray braking problem solution

i am in search of the furnace material loading trays of alumina 48% sio2 45% app.

and also the material which is used to join them please suggest the solution the temp of furnace is 1200 degree centigrade ,currently we are facing the tray braking problem ,the finding so far is that due to the penetration of the material in the tray makes the trays weaken and breaks tray suggest solution.

We can supply Super Refractory Assam Sillimanite ~63%Al2O3 @Rs 20,000/-per ton x 15 Ton per Truck.
