Can any one explain me how can i calculate excitation voltage and current of 660MW generator having Xd=225.5% ,Xd"=21.4(sat), with terminal voltage of 22KV and power factor is .85.No other information is available????????????

This is not possible.

You must have the saturation curve(V x Iexc) of the equipment as well as all the parameters concerning the primary side of the transformer, such as primary resistance and all the primary impedances.

Excitation voltage is a design parameter and to be given by manufacturer. The parameters ref are for different purpose like to calculate Fault current etc.
