CADSTAR software

i am using CADSTAR software to design the impedance matching transformer IFT component
as shown in the link below:



i am not very sure about the dimensioning.
if possible,do you have the symbol part and component part of this impedance matching transformer IFT?

inches would not be very realistic.

Thru hole pins with a length of 2.5mill and a pitch of 4.5mill don't make sense to me. Millimeters would.

according to the earliest image(the footprint of the impedance matching transformer IFT) that i posted,i would like to know whether my numbers(the above image) from the assignments on the setting menu is correct or not?
