Please tell me to check the MOSFET Z44N, transister 547 ,557, 639, 640, ic4066? Please tell this pin details & procedure to check.

OY! Check the MOSFET Z44N,transister547,557,639,640,ic4066. If I knew where the pin was, I would tell it the details&procedure to check!!!

You need to supply more information.

It looks like you have a car audio amplifier or other similar device with power supply problems.

The mosfet z44n is a 39 amp 60v mosfet if I remember correctly. But the other numbers you gave seem like board designation numbers not actual part numbers.

.....546, 547 , 557 , 639 , 640 are BJT with BC AD series .IC 4066 got a manual with pin diagram

apply vdd with gate and connect load betweeb drane and vdd make sorce gnd and test all others are your transistor hence measure its hfe or pn and np junction

more easy just google it you will get data
