Which CNC is Best for Eyewear Making?

Hello everyone, I’m Kamran Khan from India.
I’m willing to start making luxury bespoke eyewear frames, for that i want to setup appropriate machines for my company The Moon Exports; deals in handmade crafts of wood and buffalo horn.

I want to produce eyeglass frames by using genuine raw buffalo horn as malarial. We already have creates beautiful crafts from Buffalo Horn ( check out our premium horn handicrafts from India ) and now taking a step further by making eyeglasses from buffalo horn.

It would be great if you guys could suggest best way to manufacture it suggesting best CNC for it.

I have included the image of Buffalo Horn Plates of size 160×60 to be used in making frames.

The best CNC machine for any project is the one with a skilled machinist that understands the programming language that the machine operates from. It is the machinist's skills and not the machine itself that makes the difference.

I've also seen this done with simple CO2 laser setup. You don't have to jig the piece down. All cuts are done with ease and within high tolerance.

Hand shape after cutting.
