I guess the first question for guest is for you to define "local" - I'm interested in a new direction for my retirement years and have an "interesting" technical background - love to swap CVs and go from there

hi , Gnome1 thanks for your fast response , iam working now in United Arab Emirates in the one of the major fuelling company in the country .Imean by local is that since most of the refueling equipments and vehicles which are used here have been exported from outside the countries which cost them alot of money , i have made asurvey in the country and most of the gulf countries , and i have found that there is not a single company or manfacturer which have the facilites and experience to establish such project , moreover there is agreat chances to get the full suport and finance from the local people since most of them has an interest of getting new bussiness in new field .
