A differential equation consists of constants and derivatives of various variable functions.

Here is a similar problem worked from the other direction. Look this over and I believe you will see how to approach your problem.

P.S. Hint: Set up your equation for Kirchoff's Current Law at the node for the virtual ground. Sum of the currents will equal zero of course.

There are two things you need to know:

1. No current flows into either op-amp input

2. The op-amp will generate output voltage so that both + and - inputs are equal.
