U-tube Bundle Hydrotest Requirement After Transportation

Dear Gents,

I am trying to get code requirement for hydro testing for U-tube bundle after transportation.

History: The U-tube bundle was manufactured in 2012 and kept in-service in 2016, after process fouling in 2018, the U-tube bundle was replaced with spare. The U-tube bundle was heavily fouled with sticky rubber. The tube side media is cooling water and shell side media is Hexane/cement(rubber).

The fouled U-Tube bundle was sent to outside plant for cleaning with third party and received back after a month.

The third party vendor cleaned at how much pressure we dont know.

Therefore i have requested the hydrotest of the bundle at MAWPx1.3 in order to confirm Mechanical integrity against loading/fatigue stress during transportation and might be some tube got impacted while hydro jetting pressure.

I am seeking help from you guys to support me to find the right requirement as per codes and standards.
