	There is no indication in any of the posts so far that this either has or hasn’t been done. There is increasing evidence in this forum that subscribers are either unwilling, incapable, or both, in the use of the telephone to solve problems with suppliers, whereas getting on the blower with the supplier is ALWAYS the first thing to do.
