Tables Menu Not Working in Instrument Index Module of Smartplant Instrumentation

How can I activate the tables menu in SmartPlant Instrumentation? When I click tables, the menu items like instrument types, I/O types, etc., are grayed out so I cannot select them. How can I resolve this?

Hello Lyn, Thanks for your response.

I already have these study materials and video on how to install SPI.

My question refers to the difficulty I am facing in not being able to create new instruments because of the problem with the "table" menu in instrument index module

Talking to people, though a pre-1990s concept really, seems to have gone out of fashion. It really is time to pick up the phone, and actually talk to them directly.

Please let the forum know how the phone calls went, for that may well be useful to other readers.
