"Knowledge and human power are synonymous."

What might Mr. Bacon have answered on such a fuzzy question ??

Can you tell us just a little more about your idea for the project? "To save energy" is noble, but so incredibly expansive. There's no way I could put you onto sites with technical and financial data. The topic is too broad and I have no idea of your understanding or focus.

Hello Chris.

the idea is to get a general strategy for the intelligent use of energy.

apart from that the project consist in a bussiness plan with ready implementation in the market (profitable). All types of energy, electric, termic, fuels ,wind, tides, all that make extracting power !

about my understanding-I am a senior student of electric eng, and this is a national competition

Best energy savings advice for so vague a question:

Turn things off. Don't use things. Slow things down. Stay put. Read only during the day near a window. Open a window in summer, close it in winter. Grow trees for shade or cut them down for better sun exposure (depends on where you are). Bathe in hot springs. Wear dirty clothes. Ride a horse instead of a car (although this is arguable).

Was that helpful?

Just tell what your application is and I will tell you if I can help you.

Energysaving is big and sexy, but you have to calculate teh economics as well

Hello Herre.

The aplications are multiple-all that can save energy is subject for the project.

the winner is the scheme that gives more energy with less investment.

I know this is very vage , but there are many fronts to be considered aswell and I cannot aford to dup one in favour to the other.

It is a hard bussiness, but thats the challenge!
