The potential for this technology is double edged,as is nearly every revolutionary technology, such as nuclear energy. Vaccines can be transmitted and reassembled virtually at the speed of light. So too,I am afraid can virulent viruses when the technology falls into the wrong hands. DNA is reduced to a binary code, and assembled at a remote location by a 3D printer that has the 4 chemicals required to construct the original DNA.
