I cannot post attachments to CR4 .Is this a local problem?

Just in case this is related to mine, they changed the domain name from email.engineering360.com to email@e1.globalspec.com.

Must have been local. I restarted with All add-ons disabled and it seems to be ok.

I should have tried that before complaining. When I disabled all ad blockers I figured that was it, but it's obviously something else. I will find the problem and correct it.

I have been having the same or similar problem. In my case the toolbar in the editor is completely missing. So no attachments, links or etc possible... just plain text, and even paragraph breaks aren't recognized.

Just clicked on the "tracking protection" and disabled it, and the toolbar is back. Wierd!
