You can have these spiders made by Bergen Patterson or Anvil (Grinnell). I know they are not shown in catalog but they can make these. You would need to supply some information most of which you have listed above.

There is one usable way.s .

1. Roll a band out of 1/4 x 3.5 flat bar and cut little 1"w x 1.5"L windows in it to tack weld through. Put two pieces of angle iron on it and drill them @ 13/16" for a 3/4" all thread rod to squeeze the band. Put the top of the two pieces together and tack it then put the band in place and squeeze it will lightly tapping the band with a 5lb hammer so everything can "move" as you tighten the band. Once the two pieces are a good fit then tack it all the way arounf and remove the band. If this is steel pipe be sure to tack it with ew7018 or any mig. I have done this hundreds of times over a period of 30 years.

Allot of times I build these supports myself for up to 60 inch pipe. Not sure if you are guiding and supporting or just guiding the pipe or how many you need. Thanks Guys; I will pass on the info to the Mech Contractor. I did look at having them built, but here in Las Vegas, particularly with these large Casino Projects, the contractors want to buy rather then fabricate. I did talk to, two of the manufactureres listed and both will build me what ever I want. (the hanger contract is well over 5 million on the project). So thanks again.
