can possible every motor power cunsumpstuoin is display on the hmi or scada system.

Of course, but you need something in the motor circuit to convert the analog value of motor current to a digital signal, then some network to transmit the digital signal to the HMI. Look at the Siemens Simocode system, it goes in the motor starter circuit and makes all motor data available to a Profibus network, which can be taken into an HMI very easily.

dear frind yes it is possible but if your motors are very large rating like more than 1000 kw then it is worth otherwise it will become so expensive.

kiran, I humbly beg to differ with you. Simocode mentioned above is less than $500/node making it affordable for almost any size motor depending on the criticality of that component in your system.
