GIS Control and Protection

07/25/2019 3:34 AM

Dear sirs,

If it is 132kV and 220kV GIS, an LCC (local control cubicle) is attached to it.

Is this LCC only for control? How other protections like bus differential protections are done?

Best regards,

The schematic drawings of the <...LCC (local control cubicle)...attached to...220kV GIS...> have been withheld from the forum. Please explain how, in such circumstances, the forum is to be expected to answer the question (rhetorical question - NNTR)?

A quicker, and more obvious, route to the answer might be to talk to the equipment manufacturer over the telephone with sight of the drawings at both ends of the call.
