For ages now I've pondered this seemingly unanswerable question...

Finally a friend has sent me a link which explains it all remarkably well...

I find this a logical and eminently sensible way to make motorbikes. In the old days my grandmother used to make them. She was a tought old bird, and knitted them out of steel wool, the chain was the hardest part...
