12/03/2019 12:52 PM

PVC Fire Retardant Sheet/Board has the following characteristics:

  1. Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance
  2. Excellent impact strength
  3. Excellent formability
  4. Low flammability
  5. High rigidity and superior strength
  6. Reliable electrical insulation

Is it suitable and safe to install electronics meters, circuit breakers and other electronic apparatus like modem for Smart Meter?

Or there is better material type than PVC Fire Retardant Sheet/Board

Steel is the material of choice, a ground plane and good conductor for unknown electrical faults, and high strength and generally considered flame proof. The outer case is often fiberglass or plastic material of some sort for weather resistance.
