Take this to the Break Room. This is a social/political problem, not an engineering problem.

You're always trying to be in control. So we need social engineers to fix this, not people on their coffee breaks.

The system is broken because we allow it to remain this way. Political correctness and fear of hurting feelings have lowered our standards. We've allowed our representatives in DC to waste uncounted hours and dollars to impeach a president ( since 12 minutes after he was announced the winner) without question. They have done NOTHING for this country or the people that they are supposed to represent since this started and we sit back and let it continue. Then instead of banding together to vote them out, or even calling or sending a letter/email to our reps, we simply ask questions like this hoping that someone else will do something about it. (I've called and written) I'm not taking sides politically, not saying that they are wrong or the president is wrong, just that WE are wrong for letting it continue.

So our system will continue to be broken until WE THE PEOPLE take control and force them to fix it.

Ok, I'm done. Now I need a nap.
