A motor manufacturer would be the best source for that information. I don't have any experience in motor design but the following are things that come to mind that would have be considered:
1) Input power
2) Output shaft power
3 Power consumed by the rotor fans moving air
3) Thermal losses by the rotor (air temperature)
4) Thermal losses by the stator (which are influenced by the stator thermal loses)
Total loses would be Input power - output power, but the problem is how you would determine how much is attributed to the stator and how much is attributed to the rotor.
I think any such calculation would be specific to a particular motor design which would have many variables such as stator/rotor gap, rotor surface area, rotor fan configuration, stator housing config, i.e. ODP or TEFC, etc.
I know this is not much help. That's why I suggest contacting a motor manufacturer.
