what is laser technology? how is it working? how is this used in laser television? could you give some photos & functioning circuits/block diagrams of this laser tv?

Why not try googling for a while and come back here with some specific questions ?
As for laser TV.... I have not an idea what that is without some form of explanation, sorry!
