Back when the Covid-19 pandemic was in it's infancy, I remember SE provided a link to Medcram on their position on prophylactics to reduce it's spread by precluding the the spikes on the virus casing from delivering the virus to the cells. The video gave a convincing biochemical argument to suggest chloroquine and zinc-based compounds could address the problem. At the time, numerous physicians also agreed. The video on Medcram was freely available to the public. Now, I believe it has been removed from their site. I have followed the news and know there are significant issues with some of the studies condemning that approach as a prophylactic
I am interested in finding out how a well thought out approach failed. Is the assumptions of the Biochemistry in error or how it was applied in error.
