I had similar search results but none offer the 1000V complete cable and handle assembly. Phoenix is the closest one with level 2. Maybe they will produce level 3 soon. I will contact their manufacturer rep.

I am thinking that the individual conductors could be type DLO (Diesel Locomotive Oil-resistant, so called because it was developed for this application). It is rated for 2,000V and is available in sizes up to about 1000 MCM (KCMil). It has very finely stranded conductors to make it very flexible. I've bent 333-MCM DLO cable into a U-shape with a 5"(13CM) diameter by my bare hands and then straightened it just as easily. I don't know of any suppliers for it in a multi-conductor cable assembly, but suspect it can be made to your specifications. Individual conductor DLO in the larger sizes is cable-tray rated and all sizes are U/L, etc. listed. I suspect you can work with the manufacturer to get listing on a multi-conductor cable.

I agree that a DLO type is required. I also used those to build large power converters. This cable is easy to procure.

But my search is for a complete and finished, cable and handle producer. They are our there but do not advertise. Very difficult to find...
