how endeffectors are work and there classification

WANNA THE INFORMATION ON ROBOTICS.. EXPETIALLY "HOW ENDEFFECTORS ARE WORK AND THERE CLASSIFICATIONS WITH SOME DETAILS...

and end effector sits on the end of the space arm and performs mechanical tasks.
