quantum resistor and circuit diagram

what is the function of the quantum resistor and where can it be used ?
and secondly can will get the full circuit diagram of amplifer and the name of the componet used?

Quantum resistor networks have been proposed as one means of realizing massively-parallel quantum computers. A quantum resistor is basically a nanowire in which electrons travel single-file as waves. Think "one-dimensional electron waveguide.

There is no standard schematic symbol for a quantum resistor.
