H2S,ammonia,CO2 = yes

temperature and humid = yes

dust level = yes

All-In-One unit = I have never seen one.

What you want is rather customer specific. I`ve been building measurement vehicles and containers for environmental parameters for some years and everything was built upon request. There are a lot of manufacturers of these units - you have to select them according your requirements and combine them.

Regards Uwe

Metrosonics used to make an instrument (the AQ-501) that could be customized with several sensors to measure various indoor air quality parameters, including those you are interested in. This instrument was expensive from what I recall, but I rented it several times, at fairly reasonable cost.

You might also investigate the RAE instruments product line.
